The Retreat

A moment of shifting

This retreat holds women in the moment of shifting — out of challenges, into the soft, clear, joyful power they've always had. At the heart of the experience is a held, sacred mushroom ceremony, woven into leisure days of earth reconnection rituals & ceremonies, sisterhood, and simple, nourishing moments — intuitive dancing by the natural waters, Creative Art Circle, zen walks, shared organic meals, meditation and breathwork, silence practice, and sharing circles.

No masks. No performance. No pushing. Just being, together, in authentic expression.

It all takes place in a sanctuary for the soul nestled in the heart of nature, in Estremoz, Portugal. Surrounded by five acres of untamed beauty — where ancient olive trees, whispering oaks, and sun-kissed vineyards stretch across the land — it's a sacred refuge for deep inner connection and transformation.

The Heart of the Retreat

Sacred Mushroom Ceremony

A sacred ceremony to help participants shed the skin of old limiting beliefs and fears they've been carrying and to remember their truest state of being — one of heart, presence and beauty — to really feel the love again.

It is supported by a full arc: a preparation and water ceremony the day before, two full integration days afterward, and a closing ritual of creating a personal earth altar on the final morning.

Who This Is For

You've done years of deep work

You've done years of deep work — shadow work, healing work. You're tired, not of growth, but of its weight. Awake, gifted, often holding space for others, you're ready for something to shift.

You don't need another intense process. You need to be held as you step into a new kind of power — one found through softness, clarity, presence, laughter, and sisterhood, not fighting.

It's time to remember: rest is allowed. Play, pleasure, and joy don't have to be earned. This chapter can be lighter than the last.

What Makes This Retreat Special

What makes this retreat truly special is who's holding it

This journey is guided by powerful women and medicine keepers who have walked this path for decades, not just teaching the work, but living it. Agata and Tula bring a rare pairing of clinical depth and embodied spiritual practice, held together in one room.

Space to Just Be

Here, there is nothing to prove and nothing to perform. No masks, no pushing, no pressure to have it all figured out. You're invited to soften, shed the roles you've been carrying, and come home to your own authenticity in the company of others who understand.

Slow Days, Sacred Land

Set on five untouched acres in the Portuguese countryside, the days move slowly and gently — sacred ceremony, earth rituals, sisterhood, laughter, silence, and rest. Joy and play are honored just as much as the ritual itself.

Room to Arrive, Room to Land

Real spaciousness to connect before ceremony through a beautiful Sacred Water Ceremony, two full days to land afterward, and a closing earth altar ritual on the final morning.

Agata Algierska, Facilitator & Guide

Agata Algierska

Facilitator & Guide

Agata Algierska brings 25 years as a psychotherapist and over a decade of direct work with sacred medicines — guiding and facilitating ceremony — alongside a lifetime of lived spiritual practice. Her path began in the arts and journalism, moved through years of Zen practice and silent meditation retreats, then deepened through Tibetan Buddhism under her teacher Tenga Rinpoche, with pilgrimages through the Himalayas.

A dream then called her to Peru, where she spent months immersed in shamanic traditions across South and Central America, training directly within medicine lineages and sacred ceremony — the beginning of the medicine work she has now held for over 10 years. In recent years, she has also turned toward ancient tantra — conscious breath and gentle, healing pleasure — and now leads spiritual journeys to Peru, Colombia, Mexico, and Egypt.

What she brings to this retreat isn't theory — it's over a decade of direct medicine work, a therapist's steady presence inside altered states, and deep respect for feminine lineage. She holds transformation, big or small, with skill, humility, and unwavering commitment to each woman's own truth.

Tula Mirjan, Facilitator & Guide

Tula Mirjan

Facilitator & Guide

Tula Mirjan was born open and connected, seeing what most couldn't: the spirits and unseen currents moving beneath the surface of things. Her mother would sit with her and ask about the universe, sensing that she was always tuned in, always channeling. That gift has carried her through a decade of holding ceremony and deep inner work, met with warmth, ease, and a hint of laughter.

Her path is rooted in ancestral and cultural healing, decolonizing the stories she once carried, and Earth Ritual work, walking others into sacred relationship with the other-than-human. She is a medicine woman, an integrative medicine journey facilitator, a Reiki Master Teacher, and an Akashic Records practitioner, known for being calm, deeply attuned, and unshakably safe.

What she brings to this retreat is a decade of trusted, grounded guidance through altered states and ritual, paired with a deep commitment to safety and integration support, held with the same lightness and love her clients return to again and again.
